Religion basically a rationalization of ual rejection?

i am catholic and i love . is an amazing thing. i just recently allowed myself to feel it for the first time with my husband. we have been together for 15 years. i was ually abused at a young age. so i blocked out anything to do with . it was a bad thing for me. but allowing my husband to touch me and to feel him is AMAZING i hope i can continue to allow myself such a beautiful gift from god. two people becoming one in such an intimate way.
