Will I get accepted into university?

I'm a junior. In 9th and 10th grade I did poorly; I averaged 79% to 87%. I was wondering that if I did well in my junior and senior year (say, 90%?), will I be a good contender for a top 20 school? :) Midterms came in and I got straight A's ;)
