How can anyone say Christianity has done more harm than good?

I suppose the same way you do ... by a mixture of falsification, reinterpretation, exaggeration, recycling secondhand ideas without looking at the sources for yourself, and generally considering only one side of the argument, all without entertaining for one moment even the remotest possibility that you might be wrong.
