Where can I find the specs of this ATI Radeon graphics card, I've already tried the AMD site?

this is not enough these are product codes / you ll need the exact vga card model no to look for specifications ... its probably there written on the card it self on a corner maybe or you can plug in the card and check display properties section under windows to find the model ...
