My best friend is going broke because of grown daughter?

My best friend constantly takes care of her 23 yr old daughter financially along with her daughters husband and child.She even sold her car today to have rent and utilities turned back on ,meantime,her daughter and son in law won't work.How or should I tell my friend to stop this and think of her own financial woes.This daughter and son in law are USELESS.Do I have the right to say anything?We have been best friends 30 yrs.
