Does anyone else have this problem? ?

So everytime I go to put on benzoyl peroxide (specifically AcneFree Terminator 10) and like rub it into a spot... it starts to get absorbed I guess but then it'll suddenly show up white again in like a streaky little line and if I keep rubbing it it'll like roll up into little and then rub off (kinda like a pencil eraser when you erase something). I also just started the AcneFree system, and I put on the repair lotion. I went to put on a moisturizer afterwards, and the same thing happened except all over my face. Has this happened to you, and what did you do? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
