Which of these San Francisco suburbs would you recommend?

A tid bit about me first: 21/m(straight), I like the water, cool landscapes, partying, rock music, I'd like to be in a pretty safe environment, middle cl(the cheaper the better, though some pros of a slightly more expensive city may outweigh this). I like being outdoors rather than inside, yadda yadda yadda. Anyways, which of these suburbs would you recommend for me?: Emeryville, Berkeley, El Cerrito, Alameda, Albany, Concord, Walnut Park, San Bruno or San leandro
