What is the piece that Victor Borge plays..?

I am trying to nail down a piece that Victor Borge played in that video that has been distributed so much lately. The concert took place in Minneapolis at Northrop Auditorium. Toward the end, he plays some complete works, (a lullaby, a snippet of the Rachmaninoff 2nd concerto) and a very endearing little waltz that begins with some ascending chords. Does anyone out there know the name and composer of this piece?
