How to I get the stink out of my shoes?

I have leather perforated puma roma tennis shoes and they smell awful. I have tried scrubbing them down with soap and water and bleach and water and even leaving them by the dehumidifier. I left them out in my truck in sub-zero temperatures for over a month and they still stink when I stick my foot in it. How do I get the stink out?
