Any statistic guru out there? I have a question!?

I took a standardized test and I have a standard score of 123 with a mean of 100 and standard deviation of 10. I know that this can't tell me my grade "percent", but I am curious to know how well I really did. Did I just p, or did I do really well? Anyone can help answer this?
