Am I responsible for money owed by my llc?

I own 50% of a llc company and it is broke. i am going to quit this business and have told the other owner. she expressed interest in buying me out for 3k or so..essentially nothing. now she says that i owe money to the company for debts already incurred. she also says that if i dont cooperate and "pay my share" of debts incurred to this date" i know im being an by not paying but i have not personally guarenteed any of the money. we have no loans or anything but we have rent some supplier bills. am i liable if i just walk away?
